Our flagship smoothing and manageability treatment. STS works with your hair's natural structure to reduce frizz, improve texture, enhance shine and make styling significantly easier at home. Unlike a traditional relaxer, STS does not permanently straighten or alter your curl pattern. It manages and softens without stripping.

Chemical relaxing
Professional relaxer application with scalp preparation, protective barrier cream, controlled timing and conditioning treatment post-application. We use trusted brands with consistent, predictable results.

Your appointment
Every smoothing and relaxer appointment at Booked and Beautiful follows the same careful, scalp-first process.
Step 01
We check your scalp condition, previous history and confirm the right product and approach for your hair.
Step 02
Protective barrier cream is applied to your scalp and hairline before any product touches your hair.
Step 03
Product is applied systematically with careful timing. We do not rush this step.
Step 04
A conditioning treatment is applied post-service, followed by a blow dry and smooth finish.
