Salon Policies
Clear, fair, and comfort-first. These keep your experience premium and predictable.
Bookings & Deposits
- A 25% deposit secures all bookings and is credited to your final bill.
- Deposits are non-refundable in cases of late cancellations or no-shows, but will be retained as credit if you re-book the same service within 7 days.
- After 7 days without re-booking, the deposit is forfeited.
- For group bookings or multiple clients booked together, full upfront payment is required.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for wash-included services.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will not receive refunds.
- If you re-book within 7 days, your deposit credit will apply toward the new appointment.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s slot.
Comfort & Care — Braids
- Our 72-Hour Comfort Guarantee applies to all braided styles. If your braids feel too tight, visit us within 72 hours for a tension-release service at no charge.
- All braid styles use tension-free parting patterns and scalp-kind prep for comfort and longevity.
Nails Re-Do Policy
- For gel or acrylic nail services, we offer a 5-day re-do window.
- If you experience lifting, chipping, or peeling within 5 days, return for a complimentary repair of the affected nail(s).
- Beyond 5 days, or where the issue results from external damage or aftercare, standard repair fees apply.
Kids’ Appointments
- Breaks on request are always welcome.
- We use child-safe products and gentle detangling as standard.
- Heat protection is applied where appropriate for healthy hair.
Health & Safety
- Your health and comfort come first. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp/skin conditions before your service.
- We use sanitised tools and professional-grade products at every station.
- Stylists may decline or adjust services if they believe it could harm your hair, nails, or scalp.
- Disposable or single-use items are replaced after every client to ensure hygienic service delivery.
Payments
- We accept Yoco card payments, EFT, and cash.
- Prices are transparent and shown upfront for every style and length.
- Tips can be added by card, cash, or EFT at your discretion.
