What is the difference between Sew-in and a Pony Tail / Phondo?
Sew-in is a stitched install designed for longer wear. Pony Tail / Phondo is a secure, polished ponytail finish. Both are available with or without a human blended hair bundle.
How often should I book Wig Styling with a treatment?
A good rhythm is every 3 to 6 wears, depending on product use, sweating and lifestyle. It keeps hygiene, softness and movement.
Why do Custom Wig services need turnaround time?
Custom work, such as Wig Making and bleaching and plucking, cannot be rushed without risking lace damage or a compromised finish. We prioritise longevity and realism over speed.
How does the deposit work?
You pay 25% of the service total to book. It is fully credited against your service total on the day.
