What you pay and when
- Deposit
- A 25% deposit is charged at booking and deducted from your total on the day. You pay the balance at checkout, not the full amount upfront.
- More than 24 hours ahead
- Your deposit will be refunded or credited.
- Within 24 hours
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not receive a refund.
- Rebook within 7 days
- Your deposit credit is retained and applied to the new appointment. After 7 days without re-booking, the deposit is forfeited.
